Booking a speaking date?
Include the date, the city, the audience and group size, and the format you have in mind. That is usually enough for Mario to confirm availability and send a price in one reply.
Ordering books?
Say how many copies, which title, and the date you need them by. Both books come in sets of fifteen and twenty five copies, and signed copies can be arranged for award nights.
